KLOPPR (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a visibility and creator platform that allows users to publish product videos, promote their shops, and interact with creators through likes, messages, and follows. We do not operate an internal shop system – we only provide a stage for creators by linking to external shop platforms.

1. Data We Collect

To operate KLOPPR, we collect the minimum required data:

Account Information

• Email address
• Chosen username
• Creator profile data (optional)

Content You Upload

• Product images
• Product videos
• Descriptions
• External shop links

Optional Creator Data

• Profile picture
• Banner images
• Vision text, mission text

Log & Technical Data

For security and performance reasons:

• Device type and basic telemetry
• App version
• Error logs

2. How Data is Stored

KLOPPR uses Supabase as backend and database provider. All data is stored in secure, EU-friendly infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.

3. How Data is Used

We use your data solely to operate the KLOPPR app:

• Displaying your creator profile
• Showing your uploaded content
• Delivering messages, follows, likes
• Ranking & trend sections
• VIP visibility placements

We do NOT:

• Sell personal data
• Share data with advertisers
• Create hidden tracking profiles

4. Third-Party Services

KLOPPR uses third-party services only where needed:

• Supabase – authentication, database, storage
• Shopify / external shops – only when a creator links their shop
• Video & image hosting – via Supabase Storage

Clicking an external shop link leaves the KLOPPR environment. Those platforms have their own privacy policies.

5. User Rights (GDPR)

All users have full rights under GDPR:

• Right to access your data
• Right to delete your account & data
• Right to update or correct data
• Right to export all data

You can request data deletion or account removal at any time via:

6. Data Deletion

Upon deletion request:

• Your account is removed
• All uploaded content is removed
• Messages & interactions are anonymized or removed

7. Children’s Privacy

KLOPPR is strictly 18+. We do not collect data from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Updates will always be visible here, and app users will receive notifications when relevant changes occur.
